De La Salle vs Ajax

Match Report

It was important that the reserves bounced back this week after going into the game 0-2. The reserves started strong getting out to an early lead at qtr time. As the game progressed though players started to encounter some injuries and the reserves were wounded in the 2nd half. In the last qtr the reserves were down to only one on the bench.

They had to dig deep as Ajax were making a late run. Luckily enough the reserves found another level and were able to fight off the challenge and hold on to a 13 point win. All day the defensive 6 were super taking intercept marks and competing hard. The midfielders and forwards worked well together leading to our largest score for the year. Hopefully our injured players can recover and we can get a winning streak going.
