On Sunday the 12th of Feb, Chuck, Nicho & Chop will be running 100km in one day to raise funds for our newly launched mental health and well-being program Out of the Blue.
DLSAFC is aiming to reduce the stigma of mental illness and improve the overall well-being of our players, supporters and staff.
In 2023 we plan to have a designated mental health awareness round in the VAFA fixture and hope to raise much-needed funds to support people going through mental health struggles and provide them with the appropriate support and medical services they require.
We would like to get as many people as involved with our run on the day and bring the community together to help carry the strong message around in reducing the stigma around mental health.
Your donations are greatly appreciated, and we hope the Out of the Blue program can be a game changer for our club for many years to come.
